Max William Tworzydlo Obituary

Max William Tworzydlo passed away suddenly on the evening of Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at Children’s Memorial Hermann in Houston, Texas, at 16 days old.

Max was born in Houston on May 14, 2012, the son of Michael Tworzydlo and Keri McDermott.

Max spent his life in the Giraffe A pod of the Children’s Memorial NICU, where he was watched over by many caring nurses and visited often by his loving family and their friends.  He loved kangaroo care with his mom, being read stories by his dad, and having his hair washed by his nurses. He didn’t like diaper changes or having his temperature taken.

He was doing very well growing, breathing, and gaining weight, and his unexpected passing surprised his doctors and saddened everyone who had the chance to meet or know him. Max will be dearly missed by his mother and father, his grandparents Steve McDermott, Cindy McDermott, Elizabeth Harrison, and Woytek Tworzydlo, all of his aunts and uncles, and everyone else who thought about him during his life.
